Naomi Azulay began her Physical Therapy career in 1980 and over the last 30 years has had extensive experience in treating orthopedic, neurological, spinal, and chronic pain syndromes, as well as developmental disorders. She began her private practice in 1997.

With a background in yoga and dance, Naomi has a keen interest in helping others to learn new ways of moving, to develop core muscle strength and to change painful movement patterns. She works directly with each patient, using manual techniques to restore normal muscle tone and joint mobility, and designs specific exercise programs to address muscular imbalances, neurological deficits and pain.

As an expert in back injury prevention, Naomi works as a consultant with United Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. She has trained hundreds of care providers in back injury prevention and developed a manual in lifting techniques that is used by many adult care facilities.

Most recently, Naomi received certification as a FallProof™ Balance and Mobility Instructor.   She works one-on-one with seniors who want to reduce their risk of falls and enhance their performance of activities of daily life.
